Do you store my child’s photo permanently?

No. Photos are not stored permanently. They are used only for order processing and removed after the book is created.

Will my child’s photo be used anywhere else (ads, social media, samples)?

Absolutely not. Your child’s photo is never used for marketing, ads, or public display without your permission.

What is the quality of the book and paper?

We use thick, high-quality paper suitable for children, with clear printing and strong binding made to last multiple reads.

Will I receive a preview before printing?

Yes. Within 24 hours of placing your order, we will send you a personalized digital preview (PDF) of the storybook on WhatsApp or Mail for your approval.

Can I request changes after seeing the preview?

Yes. If you need small corrections (like name spelling or photo adjustment), you can let us know after reviewing the preview.

We proceed to printing only after your approval.

When does printing start?

Printing starts only after you approve the personalized preview. This ensures you’re happy with the final version.

How long does delivery take?

After approval, printing and shipping usually take up to 10 business days from the date of order, depending on your location.
