REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At My Indian Tales, we follow a preview-before-printing process to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

PREVIEW & APPROVAL
• A digital preview is shared before printing.
• Customers must carefully review:
  – Names
  – Images
  – Layout and content
• Printing begins only after approval.
• Approval confirms satisfaction with the design.

CANCELLATIONS
• Orders can be cancelled only before preview approval.
• Once the preview is approved:
  – The order enters production
  – Cancellation is no longer possible

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Since all products are custom-made, refunds are generally not applicable after approval.

ELIGIBLE CASES
We may offer a replacement or refund if:
• The product is damaged during transit
• There is a manufacturing or printing defect
• The defect was not present in the approved preview

CONDITIONS
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photo or video proof is required.
• After verification, we may offer:
  – A replacement, or
  – A refund (at our discretion)

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
• Errors approved in the preview
• Incorrect details or photos submitted by the customer
• Minor color variations between screen and print
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners
