At My Indian Tales, all products are personalized, print-on-demand storybooks made uniquely for each child.

ORDER PROCESSING & PREVIEW APPROVAL
• After placing an order, customers must submit:
  – Child’s name
  – Child’s photographs
• A digital preview of the personalized storybook is shared within 24–48 hours.
• Printing begins only after the customer approves the preview.
• Any delay in preview approval will automatically delay delivery.

PRINTING & DISPATCH
• Once the preview is approved:
  – Printing and packaging take 2–3 business days.
• Orders are shipped using trusted third-party courier partners.

DELIVERY TIMELINE
• Estimated delivery time:
  – 8–10 business days from preview approval.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to:
  – Customer location
  – Courier service
  – External or unavoidable factors
• Tracking details are shared via:
  – Registered email
  – Registered mobile number

IMPORTANT NOTE
